Il gotico fa da padrone per il matrimonio di Settembre.

Si ritorna nell’abbazia immersa nelle vigne del Monferrato (Novembre 2010), ma questa volta i toni si alleggeriscono.

La coppia di sposi è Italiana, ma vive in Inghilterra.

La sposa in particolare è una ricercatrice di storia Medioevale presso l’Università di York e ha voluto colorare il suo giorno più bello in rosso e bianco (2 tonalità estremamente significative nella simbologia medioevale).

Per la chiesa comunque si è pensato d‘impiegare le nuances nivee della gipsofila, sfumate dalle luci e dalle ombre create naturalmente dalle candele.

L’impatto rosso nella cerimonia è stato creato con il ricco bouquet a cascata in rose grand-prix e tillandsia che si abbinava all’abito della sposa per i toni e la ricchezza dei ricami.

Questo genere di bouquets sono piuttosto imponenti e ricchi e per questo motivo è importante che siano sempre proporzionati e portati da spose alte o con la passione dei tacchi (la coda di questo bouquet è di circa 120 cm!). Qui la sposa poteva vantare entrambe le caratteristiche!! ;)

La cornice perfetta per il ricevimento è invece un elegante castello monferrino circondato da un giardino costellato di statue e un’ampia terrazza con pozzo che guarda le colline circostanti. La gipsofila si mescola all’opulenza dei petali e delle cupole in garofani rossi per abbellire i tavoli e gli angoli più intimi e poetici dell’edificio.

The Gothic style becomes again prominent for the September wedding.

We are again in the Abbey surrounded by the Monferrato vineyards (see November 2010), but now the taste is definitely lighter.

The couple are Italian, but they live in England.

In particular, the bride is a researcher of Medieval History at the University of York and she wishes we used for their great day red and white (2 extremely meaningful colours in the medieval simbology).

For the ceremony it was decided to use different touches of white from gypsophila, nuanced by the natural light and shade effect of the candles.

The only impact of red during the ceremony was given by the opulent cascade bouquet with grand-prix roses and thillandsia perfectly matching the bride gown with colours and richness of the embroidery.

This kind of bouquets are quite impressive and sumptuous, therefore they have to be wisely proportioned and suit tall brides or at least passionate about high heels (the tail of this bouquet is 120 cm long!). Here our bride can boast both of them! ;)

The perfect venue for the reception is an elegant Monferrato castle with a garden embellished by statues and a wide terrace with a pit overlooking the hills.

Here the gypsophila strongly and richly contrasts with red petals and carnation cupolas for the tables and the most romantic and delicate nooks of the venue.
